A lead is a qualified prospect who has shown interest in your community or service by filling out a detailed action form. Actions vary depending on the type of community or service(s). Actions include: Scheduling a Tour, Scheduling an Assessment, Requesting Pricing, Requesting a Call
No, you are only billed for leads you accept that fit your criteria. Every time a qualified prospect fills out an action form you are then sent details via email. You are able to see details such as budget, timeframe, zip code, etc. You are not able to see contact information until the lead is accepted.
If you choose to accept the lead, Senior.One charges a one time lead fee of $20.
A referral fee only applies to Housing Categories. A referral fee is a converted Lead. If a qualified prospect sent from Senior.One moves into your community you are billed a one time move in referral fee.
