Our mission is to empower seniors and their caregivers by facilitating direct connections to senior living communities and senior focused services. We provide customers with a better understanding of all available options while allowing the freedom to navigate the next best step for themselves or their aging loved one.
Timeline
2017
In 2017 while working for a local mom & pop pharmacy, our founder discovered that many seniors in the community had trouble finding services & local resources. With the goal ofcreating a one-stop-shop our founder launched an easy-to-use online senior service directory called Senior.One (www.senior.one ) in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
2018
By 2018 the demand for guidance navigating the senior care maze had been confirmed. Senior.One expanded into surrounding cities and rolled out increased functionality on the website allowing for seniors and their caregivers to compare care providers by reading customer written reviews.
2019
In 2019 to supplement the website Senior.One launched a print publication called The Senior.One Resource Guide. Serving as a products, services, & events guide for local seniors, this allowed for Senior.One to reach the active independent senior and have a tangible presence in the community.
2020
In 2020 with over 3,000 families helped, the Senior.One vision became even bigger. The need for a full service platform allowing for seniors and their caregivers to seamlessly connect by scheduling community tours, care assessments, and directly asking the care providers the questions.
2021
In 2021 after many long nights, double shot lattes, and a lot of hard work, Senior.One launched the new and completely rebranded Senior.One platform. Seniors and their caregivers can now find & compare senior care providers, connect & share care providers effortlessly, and plan & prepare their care plan all for free.
